Impressive antique series of 6 Larousse volumes on World War One made in France circa 1922-1925. The panorama of the 1914-1918 war by the publishing and editing company Librairie Jules Tallandier Paris. The Book series of 6 volumes are entirely in French.

Measurement: 32 cm high, 25,5 cm long and 4 cm large.

First volume 1914-1915 ( July-August-September ) Preface by Lt-Colonel Rousset, former professor at the higher war school. Numerous illustrations in black and white including: more than 700 photographs, 82 portraits, 53 battle scenes, 23 geographical and panoramic plans and maps and 19 inset plates, in monochrome, in heliogravure and in color. Text of the explanatory captions by Henri Levêque.

Second volume 1914-1915 ( September 1914 to January 1915 ) Numerous illustrations in black and white including: more than 930 photographs, 44 portraits, 16 battle scenes, 20 geographical and panoramic plans and maps and 20 inset plates, in monochrome and in color.
